  • The E Commerce Manager leads e-Commerce growth initiatives by providing digital expertise to win new business and convert existing business to our online and integrated solutions.  Works closely with sales leadership to develop strategies that achieve our short-term and long-term sales growth objectives.   This position will play a leading role in shaping and enabling our online strategy, growing revenues and driving operational efficiencies through application of digital technology. This position will focus on cross-functional support to lines of business and brand stakeholders within Sales, Service, Product Management and Marketing teams.   The e-Commerce Manager will define and drive the end-to-end e-Commerce user experience through continual strategizing and implementation of world-class digital product solutions.  In addition, the candidate will lead and collaborate with key stakeholders from across the business and IT to develop and execute our product strategy and road map by gathering customer requirements and communicating enhancement opportunities to the team.Required Skills and Background:1.             Extensive knowledge of B-to-B and B-to-C e-Commerce best practices and strategies. Proven experience developing and managing a product roadmap for ecommerce channel initiatives.  Skilled at developing business cases and quantifying the cost/benefit of user experience enhancement projects in an ecommerce environment. 2.             Demonstrates a high level of competence and passion for e -Commerce technology and a comprehensive understanding of usability.  Should consistently demonstrate innovative and forward-thinking capabilities.  3.             Knowledge of (SOA) Service Orientated Architectures and related best practices.  Working knowledge and application of modern web design practices including User Centered Design, Responsive Design, Progressive Disclosure and Graceful Degradation (one or more a strong plus). 4.             Knowledge of REST/ SOAP, Cold Fusion, ASPX, or similar,  based Web Services between Sites and backend systems of record, including Product Information Management systems and Web Content Management Systems. 5.             Experience working with HTML, CSS and JavaScript.  Hands-on knowledge of SQL Server, SSIS, and Entity Framework (other ORMs), a plus6.             Knowledge with general software languages principles and modern approaches, including stacks, reflection, garbage collection, MVC, dependency injection, model driven design, asynchronous programming models, user controls and how to successfully unit test the above.  7.             Project management skill and ability – discipline managing budget, scope and schedule, including ability to estimate projects, plan resources, evaluate and mitigate risks, identify assumptions and dependencies. 8.             Functional management skill and ability – maintaining and developing cross-functional relationships. Ability to work in a global matrix/ cross functional environment.  Ability to perform under pressure, drive positive business change, adoption of new technology investments by the company and react in a fast-paced environment.MUST HAVE:U.S, CITIZENSHIP OR PERMANENT RESIDENT - NO SPONSORSHIP AVAILABLE - NO EXCEPTIONS4 year bachelor degreeNice to have:Marcom experience
