Industry innovator in leading development and production of medical devices seeks a Business Development - Sr. Product Manager to help lead marketing efforts for the company. The Account Manager will report to VP of Marketing and will work closely with Engineering, Sales, Clinical, Customer Advocacy, Quality Assurance, Operations and Regulatory Affairs personnel. Additionally, The Account Manager will:
•Develop and maintain marketing plans, product road maps and supporting technology road maps.
•Contribute to the development of a strong competitive position through identification of marketing opportunities, sustainable product/technology advantages, and a strong working relationship with distributors and the sales organization.
•Collaborate with internal project teams to bring products to market, addressing quality and service related issues
•Work with the product management team to resolve major customer problems.
•Develop upstream and downstream marketing strategy
Our client is an advanced technology, medical device company. The company's products include feeding, infusion, and pain pumps, surgical hand-held devices and fluid sensing and control equipment. In addition to its highly regarded medical devices division, the company is known for it's innovation in applying advanced technologies to the precision control of industrial motion.
•Bachelor's degree; MBA highly preferred.
•5+ years marketing experience in the medical device industry with management skills and experience working in a matrixed environment
•Experience working in both upstream and downstream marketing
