The Inside Sales Representative / Channel Account Manager is responsible for growing Enghouse Interactive’s portfolio with existing channel partners as well as sign on new channel partners. Success in this role is measured on sales revenue and the expansion of the channel, as well as providing reliable forecast status on a regular basis. This is a phone based, individual contributor role with no people management or supervisory duties. Responsibilities of our Inside Sales Representative / Channel Account Manager will Include: Recruit, manage, and build relationships with resellers within assigned territoryPrioritizes resellers based on revenue opportunity, technical ability, and understanding of their business modelDemonstrate Enghouse Interactive solutions to the channel and their customersImplement solution selling strategies to increase value and close businessMaintain constant contact with channel to forecast sales pipelineWork with Sales Engineers to address customer questions and inquiriesDocument all ongoing activity in CRM system Required Qualifications of our Inside Sales Representative / Channel Account Manager Include: One (1) or more years of successful B2B (business to business) sales experienceAbility to quickly build strong relationships with channel partnersWork independently with minimal supervisionGenerate new business and effectively qualify opportunities in partnership with the resellerStrong written and oral communication skillsStrong business acumenAbility to sell consultatively or transactionallyAbility to pass required background checkMS Office Suite including Power Point and OutlookTechnical sales experience or technical acumen (experience selling VOIP, voice / telecom technology or network technology preferred)High School Diploma or higher education (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
